PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine rich in presence and suitable to be used as the side brake, etc., of a driving game machine. SOLUTION: To one end of a shaft 30, a lever 32 is attached turnably together with the shaft 30, and to the intermediate part of the shaft 30, a gear supporting plate 38 is attached. A transmitting gear 40 with which a transmitted gear 46 attached to a rotary shaft 44 of a variable resistor 42 is attached to the gear supporting plate 38 is fitted, the turns of the lever 32 are transmitted to the rotary rod 44 of the variable resistor 42, and the resistance value of the variable resistor is changed corresponding to the turning amount of the lever 32. At the other end of the shaft 30, an energizing force applying member 54 is attached while having energizing force generating characteristics to enlarge the generation rate of energizing force in respect to the turning amount of the lever 32 with increase in the turning amount of the lever 32, and an energizing force applying member 74 composed of an extension coil spring is attached to the gear supporting plate 38. |
