CONSTITUTION: The production of the noodle comprises steps of: drying under 20% of the moisture content by cutting a collected gourd in a certain size; shattering by drawing up after soaking in water for 2-3hours by putting the gourd in water; kneading by pouring the syrup gourd with water in a flour and a corn; compress-molding a noodle by a dough.
