PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sealing performance from deteriorating caused by generation of deformation on an electric wire protective cylindrical part and a series intermediate cylindrical parts by bending force, which acts on the electric wire protective cylindrical part of a waterproof rubber stopper coherent to an electric wire. SOLUTION: This waterproof rubber stopper is provided with a terminal fastening cylindrical part 5 to be fastened and fixed to a terminal 9 together with an electric wire 1 inserted in an electric wire inserting hole on the inner peripheral side, an intermediate cylindrical part 6 extending from the rear end of the terminal fastening cylindrical part 5 and on which sealing annular protrusions 16 to be bonded to the inner peripheral surface of an electric wire inserting passage 15 are provided, and an electric wire protective cylindrical part 7 which extends from the rear end of the intermediate cylindrical part 6 and to be fitted to an outer coating 18 of the electric wire 1. A rear end outer peripheral part 36, which communicates with the intermediate cylindrical part 6 and is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire protective cylindrical part 7 across a cushioning groove 37, is formed on the communicating parts of the intermediate cylindrical part 6 and the electric wire protective cylindrical part 7.
