摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and rationally construct a tunnel by this shield tunneling machine by which the tunnel can be constructed while draining in the tunnel and an accumulated material or a damaged part is cut off and a lining is newly laid together with the cut off material so as not to largely contract the diameter, and a continuous working can be practiced in the same way with a shield tunneling at the time when newly installed. SOLUTION: This renewal shield tunneling machine is provided with a rotary crushing device 17 cutting an existing tunnel 9 from the inside. A water passage opened to the front end and extended back and forth is formed in the inside thereof. A shield tunneling machine that the tip taking-in opening 22a of a vacuum type cut muck-discharge pipe 22 is opened in the vicinity of the rear part of the rotary and crushing device 17 is installed therein. The shield tunneling machine is advanced while cutting the lining part of the existing tunnel 9 by the rotary and crushing device 17 to intake water in the existing tunnel 9 into the water passage and discharge the water in a built-up temporary water pipe 23 connected to the water passage. Further, the cut muck is discharged through a muck discharge pipe 22. In this way, new linings 25, 26 are constructed at the cut sections.
