PURPOSE: Resonator type surface acoustic wave filter is improved by applying sound-absorbing material on both sides of the chip and minimizing the ripple which impedes the passing characteristics and improving the suppression characteristics of low land band. CONSTITUTION: This filter comprises input terminal IDT (21), output terminal IDT(22) both on the panel, the reflector(23, 24) on input terminal IDT and output terminal IDT, and sound-absorbing materials(25,26) are applied on both sides of the reflector. The sound-absorbing materials pass through the reflector and are transmitted to both sides of the wafer and absorb the signals from both sides of the wafer. |
