A reception processing section (11) carries out predetermined reception processings including a demodulating processing of the measuring signal and outputs the demodulated signal. A low-frequency analyzer (6) measures a characteristic of the demodulated signal outputted from the reception processing section (11) and outputs the results of the measurement to the CPU (13). The CPU (13) displays the results of the measurement on an LCD (12) and adjusts a characteristic of the reception processing section (11).
