PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the resistance immediately before magnets overlap each other lower than that when the magnets overlap each other in parallel, by arranging the magnets at angles so that the magnets may overlap each other from the inside of two discs when the discs rotate and the magnets overlap each other. SOLUTION: Magnets are arranged at angles so that the magnets may overlap each other. When the magnets overlap each other, the resistance immediately before the magnets overlap can be eliminated. At the portions other than the overlapping portions, unidirectional forces are actuated between the magnets of two discs. Since the magnetic force of a magnet does not work when no magnet exists on the other side, the same force acts on both discs. Thus, an action-reaction relation exists. When the force is transmitted to the other disc by converting the force into reverse rotations through gears, the rotational force of the disc can be amplified reasonably.
