PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data communication superior in responsiveness by transferring data through a memory means provided between data processing means. SOLUTION: A common memory means 12 which first and second data processing means 10 and 11 access and a data transfer means 13 which individually transfers data between the first and second data processing means 10 and 11 and the common memory means 12 are installed. The preservation area 14 of state data MD, which permits access from outside in whole data on the first data processing means 10, is installed on the common memory means 12. A data transfer operation in a direction where state data on the common memory means 12 and corresponding state data MD' on the first data processing means 10 are matched is executed thorough the data transfer means 13. State data MD can automatically be transferred at a prescribed time interval or it can be transferred by linked with the change of one state data.
