FIELD: heat-power engineering; thermal power plants and boiler plants. SUBSTANCE: plant includes thermal deaerator with pipes lines for water to be treated and for deaerator water, heating agent and vapor; plant includes also vapor flow regulator connected with control member fitted on vapor pipe line. Vapor flow regulator is connected with pH sensor fitted on deaerated water pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency; improved quality of thermal deaeration of water due to maintenance of optimal amount of vapor from deaerator. 1 dwg
