PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial agent masterbatch which makes it possible to uniformly disperse an inorganic antibacterial agent in a nonpolar polyolefin resin in a short time. SOLUTION: This master batch is used for blending a nonpolar polyolefin resin with an inorganic antibacterial agent. It comprises an inorganic antibacterial agent and a polar polyolefin resin. The polar polyolefin resin used preferably comprises an ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer, particularly one having a melt index of 10 or lower. The inorganic antibacterial agent used preferably comprises a silver-base antibacterial agent.
