PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect and change a branch pipe for each kind of uses by install a branch faucet single on a top board, etc., in a standing condition and by diversifying the use of a branch faucet so that, for instance, running water is taken out of an already arranged sink with the branch pipe to use for a dish washer, etc. SOLUTION: A through hole 7 of a small opening is bored in a top board 57 of a already arranged sink under use, and a branch faucet is installed on the through hole 7 in a standing condition. The branch faucet is so attached that a screw pipe 14 is screwed in a waterway part of a vertical side of a reverse L-shaped waterway 8 formed on a cylindrical branch faucet head 2 and opened to a lower surface and an upwardly peripheral surface of the branch faucet head 2, the screw pipe 14 is inserted into the through hole 7, and the branch faucet head 2 is installed on a top board 57 in a standing condition by tightening a nut 17 in a storage room of the sink. Furthermore, the branch pipe is connected to the L-shaped waterway, and a copper pipe 5 is connected to the screw pipe 14. Accordingly, if the copper pipe 5 is connected with an angle valve 6 of the storage room, running water can be taken out of the branch pipe.
