PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate excellent durability, appearance and operability, to reduce a production cost and to be usable for an advertisement and a sales promotion by forming a plurality of glove members each having a central hole between a front end and a socket end. SOLUTION: A socket terminal end 22 is installed on a periphery of a socket front end 20, and a tip or a writing end 14 of a writing member 10 is covered with the end. A plurality of rotatable glove members 30 of the number for completely covering an ink cartridge 16 are disposed on a periphery of the cartridge 16 of the member 10. The each member 30 has a hole for assembling at the member 10 at a center. A socket rear end 24 is disposed at a cap end 18 of the member 10 to completely surround the cartridge 16. Here, a message, a theme, alphabetic characters, numerals, symbols, LOGO or the like can be displayed on an outer surface 34 of the member 30.
