PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonator with a built-in capacitor surely connected with a laminated body constituted of a piezoelectric element and a capacitor element housed in a case. SOLUTION: In this piezoelectric resonator, terminal electrodes 21, 22, and 23 are formed on the lower face of a laminated body constituted of a piezoelectric element 1 and a capacitor element 2, and a through-hole 5 to which conductive adhesive members 6 are supplied for electrically connecting a lead terminal 4 with the terminal electrodes 21, 22, and 23 is formed on the inner bottom face of a case 3. Then, a pair of intermittent protrusions 7a and 7b are formed on the inner bottom face of the case 3 so that the both sides of the through-hole 5 can be interposed.
