PURPOSE: An installation structure of a drive seat division stand is provided to improve work efficiency by reducing a work process as installing a division stand. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal state is kept between an outer diameter of a vertical rod(30) and a vertical pillar(40) by fixing the vertical rod between a floor panel(10) and a roof panel(20) in a bus, and the vertical rod is reinforced by installing a horizontal rod(50). In this state, a reinforcing piece(83) is inserted into an inserting groove of a packing member(82), and the packing member is inserted in a feeding hole of the central part in a division stand(80). Then, the feeding hole of a fixing tool(84) is inserted in the outer diameter of a reinforcing rod(60), and a vent hole of the fixing tool and a screw hole of the reinforcing rod are mutually equalized. Herein, the fixing tool(84) is fixed on the outer diameter of the reinforcing rod by connecting with a screw through the vent hole and the screw hole. A first and a second fixing bracket(85,85a) are vertically equalized to the vertical pillar(40) and then are connected to the vertical pillar with the screw through the inserting hole so that the installation work of the division stand is completed.
