PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a response time after input from an object machine until the output of control signals, to more quicken control processing, to reduce the cost and to miniaturize a device in a programmable sequence controller. SOLUTION: This programmable sequence controller 100 is the device for controlling the operation of the object machine 8. Then, it is roughly constituted of an input circuit 1 for obtaining input information from the object machine 8, a CPU 2 for controlling the programmable sequence controller 100, an output circuit 3 for outputting the control signals to the object machine 8, a memory 4 for storing a sequence program 41 and a sequence table 42, a display part 5 and an operation part 6 for operating the programmable sequence controller 100 and an interface(IF) 7 for connecting an external device.
