PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weight portable lens hood capable of flexibly coping with various lens barrels of different machine kinds by providing a sheet-type hood member where a male hook-and-loop tape is fixed on either surface of a flexible sheet and a female hook-and-loop tape is fixed on the other surface thereof. SOLUTION: A sheet type hood member 4 is constituted by making the flexible sheet intervene and arrange the male hook-and-loop tape on either surface of the flexible sheet and the female hook-and-loop tape 7 on the other surface. Then, the male and the female hook-and-loop tape are fixed on the respective surfaces of the flexible sheet with an adhesive. For example, the tape 7 of the member 4 is wound and engaged and fixed on a support male hook-and-loop tape 2 fixed on a lens barrel 1. Thus, the member 4 forms a cylinder extended to a subject side from the lens barrel 1. The lens hood is constituted by combining the tape 2 and the member 4.
