PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure opening/closing of a valve by forming a cylindrical case which has a pressure oil passage at one end and a caulked opening at the other end, and providing a poppet valve having a disc-like protrusive portion capable of closing the opening as well as a plurality of claw portions movable along the inner wall of the case. SOLUTION: A bottom 2 of a cylindrical case 1 is formed flat, a large hole is formed at a central part. The hole forms an oil pressure passage 3. An opening 4 is formed by caulking an upper part on the opposite side of the bottom 2 of the case 1. Four claws 6 of a poppet valve 5 are formed so as to be slidable upward/downward along a side wall inside of the case 1. In a continuos manner to the claws 6 a disc-like protrusion 7 is formed integrally therewith, the protrusion 7 closes the opening 4 of the case 1 when the valve 5 is actuated. Accordingly, operation of the valve 5 is stabilized, thereby ensuring opening and closing of the valve.
