PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles for a spacer, among the particles there being few scattering with regard to an elastic modulus in compression and an elastic recovery, and further there being few scattering of each production batch. SOLUTION: Laminated fine particles comprise nuclear particles and polyorganosiloxane coated layers on the surfaces of the nuclear particles, the polyorganosiloxane coated layers comprising hydrolyzates and polycondensates of a mixture of at least two of organosilicon compounds represented by the formula: R1nSi(OR2)4-n (wherein R1 is a 1-10C hydrocarbon group selected from substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon groups; R2 is hydrogen, a 1-5C alkyl or 2-5C acyl; and n is an integer of 1-3), and the mixture being of at least two of organosilicon compounds in which decomposition temperatures of the hydrocarbon groups bonded directly to a silicon atom (R1-Si) are different from each other.
