SUBSTANCE: device may be used, in particular, computer-aided and expert systems for monitoring different types of radiation or seismic, acoustic, magnetic, electromagnetic or other type of oscillations. Device provides conversion of evaluated characteristics of different types of space-time signals. Conversion is achieve by means of generation of respective color-code signal in visible spectrum depending on results of evaluation of space-time signal characteristic, which is chosen by expert, for given time interval. Color-code information signals are displayed by means of multilevel state diagram-matrix, which columns correspond to ordered number of space-time signals, lines to given time intervals, and cell color to current values of evaluated signal characteristic. Order of signal numbers conforms to linear order of relations in existing space-time equation of signal distribution.
