PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cushioning performance by forming a specific number of stages which reduce, in diameter toward a bottom surface on a side wall of a recess and also by providing, along a ridge of a contact face end on the contact face, a plurality of slits whose length and width are in a specific relational expressions with distances between slits in longitudinal and widthwise directions. SOLUTION: A recess 11 is formed at the center of a sheet-like thermoplastic resin molding. Stages 112 are formed on a side wall between a bottom face 111 with shocks applied and a contact face 12 of the recess 11. The number of stages 112 is 2 to 5. Slits 121 are provided along two facing end ridges of the contact face 12. The slit 121 satisfies three expressions including L/100<a<1/3, 1/10<d<1/5 and a <=1<20a where (l) refers to a length, (a) refers to a width, (d) refers to a longitudinal distance between the slits, and L refers to a widthwise distance between the slits. The slits 121 have effects of reducing rigidity of the contact face 12 of a cushion and improving cushioning functions.
