PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure to increase the rigidity of the rear sub-frame while reducing vibration of a differential gear that is supported by a rear sub-frame. SOLUTION: In a support structure of a differential gear that is supported by a rear sub-frame, a sharp(#)-shaped rear sub-frame 3 is directly mounted on a vehicle body. In the front portion of a differential gear 4, stays 7A, 7B which extend forward is provided on a side flange. The leading end of each stay is fixingly supported by an elastic body of a supporting member that is suspended from the rear sub-frame. The rear portion of the stay is supported by engaging an elastic body 9A, 9B of a supporting member that is fastened to the rear portion of the differential gear 4. Accordingly, the entire differential gear is supported by the rear sub-frame by the elastic body 9A, 9B.
