MIXED RESIN POWDER COATING MATERIAL FOR COVERING METAL PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixed resin powder coating material suitable for the surface covering of a metal substrate, a corrosion-proofing and returning- preventing processed metal bolt, and a metal pipe having excellent corrosion- proofing property and sliding property and useful for a liquid. SOLUTION: The mixed resin powder coating material is substantially composed of 50-98 wt.% of thermoplastic saturated polyester resin powder and 2-50 wt.% of super high molecular weight polyethylene resin powder. A corrosion-proofing and returning-preventing processed metal bolt product is obtained by forming a covering film by baking and welding the coating material at a prescribed part in a screw part of the metal bolt. Further, a liquid flowing metal pipe having corrosion-proofing property and preventing the formation of deposited matter in the pipe is obtained by baking and welding the coating material on the inside surface of the metal pipe to form a covering film.
