PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a projecting element comparatively in a straight line and smoothly as far along a predetermined projecting center line as possible. SOLUTION: An energizing structure comprises a main body 1 having a project opening 10 of a projecting element 2, and an energizing means 3 energizing the projecting element 2. The projecting element 2 comprises tilt surfaces 21 tilting in a direction where the tilt surfaces 21 gradually part from a projecting center line (x) toward the project opening 10 of the main body 1 so as to keep the generally same angle to the projecting center line (x) of the projecting element 2, on both end part sides in an inner part of the main body 1. The energizing means 3 is formed in a torsion coil spring 30 which presses a first end 31 against one tilt surface 21 of the projecting element 2, and presses a second end 32 against the other tilt surface 21 of the projecting element 21, and of which a helical portion 32 is elastically deformed in a direction for moving both ends 31, 32 closer to each other. The helical portion 32 of the torsion coil spring 30 is supported in the inner part 11 of the main body 1 so as to be positioned on the projecting center line (x).
