PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect the position of an aircraft by an inexpensive device by transmitting a signal indicating the detection of the aircraft from plural mobile object detectors to an aircraft position detection means. SOLUTION: In a mobile object detector 5a, inputted AC power is converted into DC power by an AC/DC converter 16 and the DC power is supplied to a GPS receiver 11 and a mobile object existence judging part 12 in a mobile object existence detection part 7 and an oscillation sensor 13, an amplifier 14 and an oscillation characteristic analysis part 15 in an oscillation detection part 8 and respective constitutional parts are driven by the supplied power. The existence of a mobile object is detected on the basis of a change in the receiving intensity of a GPS signal received by an antenna 10, oscillation generated from the mobile object is detected, whether the mobile object is an aircraft or not is judged, and a signal indicating the detection of an aircraft is outputted. The position of the aircraft is detected by plural mobile object detectors 5a and signals indicating the detection are transmitted from respective detectors 5a to the aircraft position detection means.
