PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly workability to seat sides for round type reclining devices in which expanses of lock parts in the case of impact can be prevented. SOLUTION: An upper side bracket 60 which adheres to a seat back frame 30 is installed on an inner surface side of a reclining body 40 of a reclining device, while a lower side bracket 50 which adheres to a slide frame is installed on an outer surface side of the reclining body 40 of the round type reclining device. The assembly workability to seat side is improved in such a way that a lever 70 for operation, a spring 71 for lever resetting and a returm spring 72 are assembled respectively on the brackets 50 and 60, and a reclining device 10 is made as a unit.
