PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and speedy method to temporarily fix a fixture on a cover member for the fixture to fix a cover member on an engine housing or car body frame in a elastically supported manner. SOLUTION: A locking projecting part 4c is formed on an inner circumference of a sleeve 4b of a washer 4, and a locked recessed part 5c is formed on an outer circumference of a sleeve 5b of a washer 5. Shock absorbers 6 and 7 are fitted on an outside of the sleeve 4b and 5b, respectively. The sleeve 4b of the washer 4 and the sleeve 5b of the washer 5 are inserted into the hole provided on a cover member 1 from both ends of the hole, and the sleeves 4b and 5b are fitted each other to be temporarily fixed by locking the locking projecting part 4c with the locked recessed part 5c.
