PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gap between adjacent wall panels, to thereby simplify construction and reduce costs, by eliminating walls of adjacent unit rooms when a unit bathroom is connected to the other unit room, connecting floor pans of the unit rooms to each other, and arranging a wall panel along a joint portion of the floor pans. SOLUTION: A floor pan 2 of a unit bathroom 1 is connected to a floor pan 4 of a unit washroom 3, and a wall panel 5 partitioning the unit rooms is set along a joint portion of the pans 2, 4. The wall panel 5 consists of a plurality of divided wall panels 5a to 5d which constitute a single wall as a whole. The single wall functions as a wall of the unit bathroom 1 and a wall of the unit washroom 3. In this case, a gap between the wall panels does not exist, and therefore spaces for the unit bathroom 1 and the unit washroom 3 can be enlarged, which leads to effective utilization of the spaces. Further, setting of the only one wall panel contributes to simplified construction and cost reduction.
