PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotationally adjust a laser unit when the laser unit is readjusted on the market or when the laser unit is exchanged as a service part. SOLUTION: The holder 33 of the laser unit 24 is attached in an optical box 23 so that it can be rotationally adjusted around an optical axis in an optical writing unit 22. An adjusting screw 35 is inserted through the insertion hole 23b of the projecting part 23a of the optical box 23, and screwed in the screw hole 33b of the projecting part 33a of the holder 33. An armor part 21 is provided with a hole for adjustment 41 through which a tool T for rotating the screw 35 is inserted and a cover 42 for opening/closing the hole 41.
