PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the stable pickling of a coil so that the coil is not toppled when the coil is placed on a rotating device by providing an uneven lining on a coil receiving part of the rotating device disposed outside a tank. SOLUTION: A wire coil 1 placed on a C-hook is automatically placed on a wire rotating device 4 while carried. An uneven lining 6 is provided on a coil receiving part 5 of this wire rotating device 4, the wire coil 1 is allowed to bite in the undulation so as not to be toppled when the wire coil 1 is placed on the wire rotating device 4 from the C-hook, and the wire rotating device 4 is rotated. The uneven lining 6 is formed by joining, for example, a resin material. Facility troubles that the wire coil 1 is detached from the hook, or the packing style is deformed can be eliminated, and generation of the irregular pickling can be prevented.
