PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a bleaching detergent that exhibits high detergency when it is used in a low temperature range of water by blending in a specified ratio bleach activator granules comprising a bleach activator and a nonionic surfactant in a specified ratio, a hydrogen peroxide releasing material and an alkali metal silicate, respectively. SOLUTION: A bleaching detergent is produced by blending 0.1-30 wt.% bleach activator granular comprising a bleach activator represented by formula I and a nonionic surfactant represented by formula II in a weight ratio of 15:1-70:1, 30-98 wt.% hydrogen peroxide releasing material and 0.1-30 wt.% alkali metal silicate. In formula I, R denotes a 6-13C straight chain alkyl; L denotes a group represented by formula III or formula IV;M denotes H or an alkali metal. In formula II, R1 is a 10-18C alkyl or alkenyl; m and n each independently has an average of 1-20; PO is a propylenoxy; and EO is an ethylenoxy, provided that PO and EO may be added in a block form or at random.
