PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an exact scribing pressure without being accompanied by mechanical sliding friction and to reduce the weight of the subject head by using freely expandable and contractable bellows as a means for exerting pressing force to a holder holding section from a head body side and exerting a prescribed pressure to the inside of the bellows. SOLUTION: A flat planar base 52 is fixed to a mounting base 51. Disk-like caps are joined to the top and bottom ends of the freely expandable and contractable metallic bellows 53 and shafts 53f are mounted at these caps. The upper shaft is made hollow in such a manner that air may be introduced into the bellows 53. The bellows 53 is fixed to shaft fixtures 54 disposed at the base 52. The shafts 53f are inserted into a through-hole disposed at nearly the center of the holder holding section 57. A chip holder 10 is inserted into a hole 57b disposed on a left side and is fixed by means of a screw 59 into the hole 57b. The scribing head 50 constituted in the manner described above is fixed via the mounting base 51 to a moving member which moves along guide bars. The bellows 53 is used in a deflected state, at the time of scribing.
