PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing metal fitting for intersecting connection part of a joist capable of effectively reinforcing an intersecting connection part without generating a level difference at the outside face of an end joist. SOLUTION: This metal fitting is composed of at least three plates 14, 15, 16 attached to the inside face of intersecting connection part 13 of a pair of end,joists 12, 12' integrally formed with sills 11, 11' and extended along the three-directional faces mutually orthogonal to each other and integrally unified by mutually joining these ends in a wood frame construction. Further the metal fitting is constituted of a bottom plate 14 arranged along the surface of the sills 11, 11' positioned at the inside of the intersecting connection part 13 and provided with a bolt hole 18 to fasten a bolt member 17 projected upward from the sills 11, 11' disposed along the intersecting connection part 13, a first side face plate 15 to which a connection rod 19 arranged along the inside face of one end joist 12 and projected upward to be connected to a vertical frame is attached, and a second side face plate 16 disposed along the inside face of the other end joist 12'.
