Provided is a lightweight and compact heat exchanger capable of exchanging heat between high-pressure fluid and low-pressure fluid, such as between CO2 and water. An outlet/inlet section (31) is formed by joining the right first opening (91) and the right second opening (93) of flat pipes (20a, 20b, 20c) through which low-pressure fluid, such as water, flows. The outlet/inlet section (31) connects to a flow path (21). The flat pipes (20a, 20b, 20c) and flat multi-hole pipes (40a, 40b) through which high-pressure fluid, such as CO2,flows are alternately stacked.
