PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drip preventive device which an prevent clothes, a floor or table from becoming dirty owing to a water-drop or overflowed liquid dripped from the outer periphery of a glass or a drink container, which can be produced inexpensive and light, and which makes it possible to identify a glass used. SOLUTION: A plurality of diamond shape cut off parts 3 are formed in an area 4 of a horizontally fixed width in the middle of the side face 2a of a water absorptive paper tube body 2 with a bottom. A connected part 4d left after the cut off parts 3 are cut off is bent on its mid line 4c.
