PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the machining control comparatively simplified with ensuring the machining accuracy and reduce a facility cost. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bed 1 supporting a work H, provided with plural machining holes, a machining center 3, mounted on the bed 1, provided with a main spindle 131 which can move the work on an installation tool 5 to the feed direction X and vertical direction Z, a boring shaft 14 whose one end is installed on the main spindle 131 and on whose shaft 141 each cutting edge (c) for boring each machining hole is projected, a tip bearing 21 supported movably along a machining axis L which can move freely to an advance position Q2 and retreat position Q1 and control means 17, 6 for feed-moving a boring shaft 14 by an offset (u) state, prior to boring the machining hole (h) by the boring shaft 14 after matching a common center line O2 with the machining axis L ad centering the boring shaft with the machining axis L and moving the tip bearing 21 from the retreat position Q1 to the advance position Q2.
