摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor accomplishing modification of an electrode and cross-linking of enzymes as intended and having high sensitiveness performance. SOLUTION: This biosensor uses alkane thiol having a long alkyl chain and a carboxyl group as a modifying substance for the electrode and a cross- linking substrate for the enzyme, and high performance of this biosensor is based on a high orientation property induced by the alkyl chain of the alkane thiol.
