PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ejection set training device for aircraft which enables a training person to have the feeling in the body of the acceleration that a pilot feels at the time of actual ejection to the state approximate to the actuality to the maximum possible extent. SOLUTION: This ejection seat training device 30 for aircraft has a seat 32, an ejection devise 33 for ejecting the seat 32 and ejection rails 34 for guiding the ejection seat 32. In such a case, the ejection rails 34 have straight parts 34a, bent parts 34b and horizontal parts 34c connecting the straight parts 34a via the bent parts 34b.
