PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold sufficient strength for preventing a landslide and the collapse of the face of a slope though a pressure-receiving plate for an anchoring method made of a metallic material is not bulky in the case of transport and has weight lighter than conventional devices in the pressure-receiving plate, which has a grounding bottom plate section freely grounded to the face of the slope, vertically penetrated vertical reinforcing plate sections disposed in upright on the grounding bottom plate section and peripheral vertical reinforcing plate sections disposed in upright along the periphery section of the grounding bottom plate section, in which an anchor member is retained to a retaining section under the state, in which the first engaging section formed by notching the lower section of the first split pressure-receiving plate and the second engaging section formed by notching the upper section of the second split pressure-receiving plate are engaged mutually, and is brought into press-contact with the face of the slope. SOLUTION: A connecting section 13 capable of connecting the first and second split pressure-receiving plates 11, 12 by clamping members is mounted among an engaging-section peripheral reinforcing plate section 7D brought near to an anchor inserting section 5 in lateral vertical reinforcing plate sections 7C installed in upright positions to a grounding bottom plate section 3 and continuously connected between peripheral vertical reinforcing plate section 7A and a peripheral vertical reinforcing plate section 7A in a retaining section 6.
