A microfluid microchip comprising a channel structure (34) arranged on one side of a flat support (30) and an integrated micro spraying tip (31) for spraying materials into a mass spectrometer, is new. A microfluid microchip comprising a channel structure (34) arranged on one side of a flat support (30) and an integrated micro spraying tip (31) for spraying materials into a mass spectrometer, is new. The energy required for the material spraying is provided by a voltage source electrically connected to the spraying tip. The tip and the carrier are formed as a monolith. The tip is arranged on the side of the support lying opposite the channel structure and lying vertical from the support plane. The tip is connected on the side of the support with the channel structure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) producing a microfluid microchip; and (2) a device for handling a microfluid microchip.
