The arrangement has a measurement body carrying sound pulse transmission and receiver elements and measurement volumes that can be filled with a measurement liquid to form a layer of a first and second thickness in the direction of imaginary connecting lines between the transmission and reception elements. The measurement volumes are connected together and the second film thickness is 2 to 10 times as great as the first. The arrangement has a measurement body carrying first and second sound pulse transmission elements (S1,S2) and opposing sound receiver elements (E1,E2) and measurement volumes (10,2) between the transmission and receiver elements that can be filled with a measurement liquid to form a layer of a first and second thickness (l1,l2) in the direction of imaginary connecting lines between the transmission and reception elements. The measurement volumes are connected together and the second film thickness is 2 to 10 times as great as the first.
