PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem that the equivalent processing of data is difficult due to a difference in the collection timing of event information when message data are generated from event information collected by respective monitoring MMI devices and managed by individual devices. SOLUTION: Each of monitoring MMI devices 111 to 11N is provided with a message field function MF and a message margin function MM as middle software for extending message management, the function MF broadcasts message data to a message field function MF of another monitoring MMI device by using an Ethernet (registered trademark) as a communication means and the function MM stores message history in a storage device of its own device by any one of methods, i.e., the collection of all events for message data received by the function MF of its own device, the collection of events generated at different generation time and filtering collection at the same time.
