PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the air between a human body and the airmat to pass through them when the airmat is used as a pillow to emit moisture to the outside of a bed. SOLUTION: In the airmat provided with an airmat body 1 formed to have a bag-shaped form by an elastic material layer 11 and a plurality of supports S connected to the confronted inner walls of the airmat, a plurality of ventilation grooves 2 are provided on the upper face of the airmat body 1. In this way, since a plurality of ventilation grooves are provided on the upper face of the airmat body, air flow between the human body and the airmat is improved, and moisture generated from the human body can be emitted to the outside of the bed. Therefore, the airmat has an effect to prevent bedsores.
