PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution method for a concrete structure generating no cold joint at the connection portions between the column sections and wall sections of the concrete structure, capable of easily obtaining the prescribed strength and durability of the concrete structure, sharply simplifying the erecting work of forms required for forming the wall sections, and making these work very accurate and simple and provide bar arrangement stands, balloon spacers, and the forms used for the execution method. SOLUTION: Forms are erected at the interval corresponding to the thickness of the wall sections connecting the column sections arranged with reinforcing bars, a proper number of bar arrangement stands are erected at portions for both end sections of the wall sections and between them, and balloon spacers are closely arranged between both end sections of the bar arrangement stands and the forms. Concrete is filled between the forms, the balloon spacers are removed before the concrete is hardened, concrete is filled after the balloon spacers are removed, and the column sections and the wall sections of the concrete structure are integrally formed.
