PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizing type DRAM which can lighten a burden of a system side by bearing one part of control performed normally by the system side (microcomputer side) by a memory side. SOLUTION: A synchronizing type DRAM is provided with a sense amplifier circuit, a write-in arithmetic processing discriminating circuit (detecting circuit) 20 connected to this sense amplifier circuit, and a write-driver circuit connected to this write-in arithmetic processing discriminating circuit 20, and normal wrote-in is prohibited under some definite conditions.
