The invention relates to a ready-made roller-blind casing (1), in the case of which the longer sides of the casing cuboid comprise planar, preferably profiled, for example extruded panels (2-5) which, located one upon the other, form a unit (20) and, on their longitudinal sides, each exhibit half of a connection by means of which the casing (1) is held together. The invention provides that the connection halves belonging together are combined to form hinges which hold together the panels (2-5) in the unit (20) and serve as connection articulations in which the panels (2-5) pivot upon erection of the casing (1). <IMAGE>
