The process for the fabrication of building parts based on a mixture (3) of granules and powders of natural stone (70-90 wt.%), binder and additive (5-10 wt.%), comprises expanding a formal mold to adequate dimension, placing an anti-adhesive film (2) on the mold (1), vibrating or depressing the mold by applying an electrical resistance (7), collecting and then drying the molded part for stopping the mold hardening, and removing the anti-adhesive film. A reinforcement structure e.g. a grill or a plate support made of thermostable synthetic material (10-30 wt.%) is integrated in the mixture. The plate support is disposed in the mold through a medium for obtaining a part with two apparent sides constituted of a hardened mixture opposite to the plate support and an endued mixture of core corresponding to the plate support. The mold is dried using a heater at a temperature of 40-80[deg] C. The vibration process is carried out by suppressing the pressure that is applied on a movable part and/or openings of the mold. The demolded part includes a siding or a panel disposed on a definite location, and the mold that is to be fixed on the definite location is equipped with telescopic fixation elements. The mold to be fixed comprises vibrator and heat resistors. A panel of natural stone is introduced in the mold before hardening the mixture and the medium to form a sandwich, which is cut at a level of the core. The sides corresponding to the cut are calibrated and polished in a manner to obtain two plated parts of natural stone. Several components of glass are incorporated on a surface of a glazed part after introducing the film and before incorporating the mixture. The additives include 10-25 wt.% of polymerization catalyst activators, hardening catalysts, and pigments. A smooth film is used for obtaining a bright surface of the part, and a rough film is used for obtaining a mat and/or a granular surface of the part.
