PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce radiation noise or induction noise generated when a signal passes a transmission cable. SOLUTION: The signal transmission controller is provided with output integrated circuits(Ics) 22, 27 for transmitting signals to a transmission cable 12 by signal voltage lower than the inner signal voltage of control boards 1, 2 and input ICs 24, 29 for converting the signal volt of signals received from the cable 12 into the inner signal voltage of the control boards 1, 2 and receiving the signals of the converted voltage and constituted so as to reduce the power of signals 23, 28 themselves passing the cable 12 by reducing the signal voltage of the signals 23, 28 lower than the inner signal voltage of the control boards 1, 2.
