Seat sliding mechanism (2) is attached to floor pan. Seat (1) has pair of tilting members (10) on both side so as to adjust angle of backrest (15). Tilting member has upper arm (12) attached to backrest so as to support it. Tilting member has lower arm (11) attached to upper arm by hinge (13). Locking mechanism (not shown) is placed between upper and lower arms.
