PURPOSE: A device for drawing out a wire for producing a railroad tie is provided, therefore the wire can be fixed on a fixing member without untying the iron wire and the productivity is thus improved. CONSTITUTION: The device for drawing out a wire for producing a railroad tie comprises a housing member(40) with an inner slope(41) in the inner side; a pair of wire-fixing member(50) having an outer slope(51) and a screw member(52) fixing the iron wire(W); a holder(70) contacting with a vertical hem of the wire-fixing member(50); and a supporting member(60) containing a spring(80) installed in the inner side of the housing member(40) and separably connected with the housing member(40).
