This invention pertains to the method of harmonisation and adaptation of physiological processes and human emotional status in the system people-environment. The mentioned method includes the steps of registering acoustical signals of heart pulsation using microphone (1), converting acoustical signals in electrical signals, intensification of electrical signals using intensifier device (4), amplifying signal-capacity using player (6), filtration of signals using low-frequency filter (5), amplifying signal-capacity using second intensifier device (7), input of resulting signal into audio-device (11) and/or into ear-phones (9), and/or into computer. In order to obtain the resonance of human biological rhythm with pulsation of heart the recorded signals, if necessary, can be played back using commutator (2b). The direct continuous influence on the human status using acoustical signals of heart-pulsation could be realised providing biological reflexive bonds between human being itself and his heart-pulsation signals. The used acoustical signals must be cleared from noises that carries not useful information. Separation of noises is made by low-frequency filtration of electrical signals to 600 Hz. In order to step up the calmness as well as harmonisation effect, there is used direct massage with massage-device (8). The system people-environment could be simultaneously guided to the survival rate. |
